The Art of Giving gallery and event space exhibits dramatic works of art by some of the worlds most talented artists in its 5000 square foot facility. Located on the corner of Peachtree St. and Martin Luther King Dr. in the historic M. Rich Building, the gallery boasts an eclectic loft like atmosphere with large loft windows overlooking Underground and Downtown Atlanta.

 

“The Art of Giving” Gallery and Events was launched in January 2013 by Andre Thompson. Thompson is no stranger to the world of art and entertainment. The former owner of the Art on 5 Gallery in Atlanta, Andre has over 20 years experience and is well known for his inspirational tapestries, dynamic water colors, and sketches. His pieces are collected worldwide and are also on display in his gallery. The nature of his work touches and inspires and this energy transfers to the mood and mission of the gallery. Andre is also known for his charitable works with local Atlanta charities and has hosted many charity events. His dedication to giving back inspired the name of the gallery and he continues to host events and art shows for the greater good. 

 

The gallery currently serves as a "by appointment only" facility and advertises dates and times when shows, classes, and events are available.
